Video: In the Gym

December 16, 2012

I was sick most of the week, but by Friday was feeling better and got to the gym. I enjoyed this workout, and thought I’d share a bit of it. This workout is still at J&M Strength and Conditioning, but in their fancy new location. On another note, I’ll never wear that shirt again – yikes!

What was your most recent workout?

  • Monica

This looks like it was a workout – and a fun one, at that!

After watching your workout, I’m embarrassed to say what I did today – rode a stationary bike for 45 minutes and did some core work.

Blue is a good color on you!

Don’t be embarrassed! I sucked on my cardio this week, so I think that’s awesome.

I agree the blue looks wonderful! Love seeing you continuing through the process of transforming your lifestyle. I know I need changes myself and have recently come to accept that my big goals have to translate into my day to day actions…it’s not a school paper, you can’t cram for weight loss/life change.

We both worked out yesterday. Rhonda worked out at the gym and Sandrine worked out periodically throughout the day to accomodate her work schedule. We always find time to fit it in!

Am I reading correctly that is a 90 pound kettlebell???!!! You are my hero!! Seriously that is amazing!! I just now made it to a 25 lb kettlebell at Crossfit. You kick butt Emmie! I think the place you workout looks SO cool too. Everytime I see you pushing that thing across the room I just want to cheer for you! I totally admire your consistent commitment to working out. When I don’t feel like getting up and going, I have the image of you kicking butt and it makes me keep going!
