Cole Haan Spring 2012

Since I’ve been dealing with my ankle injury, my focus has been on finding cute, yet supportive shoes for when I’m back to 100%. I threw out 4 pairs of old floppy flats with zero support this past week, and replaced them with 2 pair of Cole Haan shoes. I wrote about my first pair of Cole Haan shoes here.

I used to think the Nike Air “technology” in Cole Haan shoes was just a bunch of phooey. It’s not. The things are so comfortable, it’s ridiculous. I had a coupon for Cole Haan and ended up purchasing 2 pair that are going to take me through spring and summer.

I wore the flats with a pair of jeans on Friday and they were very comfortable. At only 1.5 inches tall, the wedges gave a slight lift with a great pop of color under a dress yesterday. Apologies for the blurry camera phone picture

    ooooh i’m glad you reviewed these! i’ve been looking for some flats that are actually supportive to wear to work/on days when i have to walk all over and was curious if the nike air stuff was hooey or not! do they feel true to size? i have wide-ish feet and am never sure if i should size up in flats or not.

    I love the look and style of these, but I cannot get over paying $160 for a pair of shoes. I wear shoes out really fast and I feel like I would wear these out in 1 season.

    I’m going to bug you again to do a swimsuit post…I have a beach trip in May, dangit! :)

    I’m loving all those Oxfords! Too bad the one I really, really like has a 4” heel! I just with they weren’t so expensive. I get bored with clothes and shoes quickly so I tend not to spend too much money on them. That’s why eBay, Clothes Mentor, and the clearance racks at Macy’s are my friend :)

    So glad I discovered your blog and your love of Cole Haan. I thought I’d have to give up on anything other than functional flats forever. That is until I read your review. Purchased my first pair of Cole Haan today. Was in luck…it was on sale at a local “high end” shoe store. Omg! Soooo comfortable. You were 100% on the fact that they feel sort of like wearing sneakers. Got the black patent Air Talia Lace and couldn’t be happier. Already have my eye on a few more, but the budget is screaming “wait until next month!” LoL
