This week I added more walking in my day, usually by taking the pup for a walk after work. I also am still monitoring all my food and am starting to feel more in control with portions and such. I woke up yesterday and this morning with pretty bad back pain (I get it once every 3-4 months), so I’ll go see the doc today and hopefully get straightened out.
