Happy Saturday!
Today is Biggest Loser day in Louisville, and I really, really appreciate everyone’s comments and discussions from the post I wrote about my situation with it. I completely understand both sides: those who are supportive of the decision and those who are telling me I’m crazy- I completely get it! In the end though, I am sticking to my guns and not going. I truly feel this is the right decision for me at this time.
Anyway, this morning I had a session with Trainer Rob. He took me through a new weight training program that I can integrate into my workouts. I really like it! Check out the video of a few moves from the gym.
You know what’s interesting? I usually CRINGE when I see these kinds of videos. Today? Nah. I know I worked hard, and no matter what I looked like in the video, it’s a snapshot in time of my progress, and it’s something to be PROUD of and not ashamed of.
