		<description>Good for you! I&#039;m on week 4, closing it out. The first two weeks went well on the scale  but now.....nothing or next to nothing. Since I&#039;m not doing the gym thing I have nothing like that to track. I did manage 20 minutes today and the speed of &quot;TikTok&quot; lol. (it&#039;s a band geek thing....I walk more consistently-paced with music, and i MUST walk to the beat of it. simply cannot listen to music if I can&#039;t match the beat).</description>
