You are doing so great! I love the feeling you get after a high-intensity workout. I can't wait to get back to it! And congrats on your "aha moment" -- look forward to seeing it!

New reader here - just wanted to say that I am glad you had the "I'd-rather-be-at-the-gym-than-sleeping" breakthrough! I've lost 85 lbs (so far - got 15 to go til my goal) and have been working out for a while now, and am there at 6 a.m. every morning (as early as my gym opens). And I enjoy it. A year ago, I would have told you that you were crazy if you'd told me I'd enjoy working out at 6 a.m., but today, I find it an excellent way to start my day. My current goal is being able to jog a 5K, and I'm nearly there. :-) Way to go, Emmie!

Love that feeling! Caught myself telling my husband I was "feeling too tired to do anything, so I better go to the gym to boost my energy." And went. And it worked. :)

I love working out in the morning! Especially running. I love the quiet outside in the morning when I run. It also feels great to be done with your workout and not have it hanging over your head all day. WTG for kicking the gyms ass!

I was going to ask you how your post-work walk went yesterday. I'm glad it felt so good. Hope your roomie is feeling better also!

Yesterday, my roommate wasn't feeling well, and we both just wanted to go home... but I basically forced her to get on the bus because I needed to walk, and I knew she wouldn't be happy if she had to, and possibly become sick on the way.

I needed to walk. I needed it so bad, my legs cried with relief after 5 minutes. It feels great to be able to move.
