		<description>1.5 is great! Don&#039;t let those crazy &quot;Biggest Loser&quot; numbers be your measure, slow &amp; steady is the smart way to go. :) I think 1.5 is totally celebration-worthy.</description>

		<description>Congrats on the 1.5, any is better than none... and 1.5 is more that me this week.  Mother&#039;s Day sabotaged did me in this week.  Gonna hit it hard this week.  Have you ever considered a protein powder?  I drink a shake each morning and it&#039;s like 50g of protein or something.

I am trying to concentrate on not sabotaging it with &#039;oh I can just eat this!&#039; Clean eating, lots of water. Monday is my most diet stressful day, I&#039;m sure. No matter WHAT day I choose to weigh in, though, the next day before is my nemesis. 

I had a really good week, though I don&#039;t think my scale will tell that tale. I skipped my weigh in last week and I was hoping for a big drop to show for it but I likely won&#039;t. My clothes and the way I feel certainly do!</description>
