Zero again. I’m not complaining though. I know I could have done better. A few things that I’ve added to my eating routine that should probably be reduced or eliminated include: Wendy’s Chili with cheese. Not that I think the chili or cheese is all that bad, but I’ve been eating it with the 3 packs of saltines they include in the bag. Those, for sure, aren’t good on my lowcarb lifestyle. I’ve also been partaking in Panera whole grain bagels with veggie cream cheese. If you remember, I was worried during my travels recently that I would gain weight after eating these bagels, broccoli cheese soup and whole grain baguettes. However, I lost weight, and thought (maybe naiively) that more grains would help my weight loss. The past 2 weeks of 0 gone have (perhaps) disproven that theory.
Anyway, I’m not going to be down about it. I feel good, I haven’t gone off the low carb wagon (even for Thanksgiving) and my clothes are fitting better.
