B: leftover lowcarb meatballs, venti black eye with heavy cream
L: chicken salad on 2 thin slices of Great Harvest Harvest Crunch bread (low carb with flax), chili with cheese, large diet coke (I need to resist the diet soda- I hadn’t had it for months and now it’s slowly creeping back into my diet. pure laziness on my part to not go to the water fountain. No excuse)
D: 1/2 bowl of vegetarian chili with a chicken breast mixed in
Also ate chocolate CarbSmart ice cream. Not good for me. But better than regular ice cream. *sigh*
