I’ve been in Atlanta all week for work, so my Eats haven’t gone here. Not that I think anyone cares or necessarily reads them, but I put them here so that I can personally look back at my food trends to see how they might be affecting me.
Monday: no breakfast, venti black eye with extra cream, chili with cheese and 2 jr. bacon cheeseburgers. For dinner, went out with 2 lovely ladies and had a kick ass ribeye with sauteed mushrooms and spinach.
Tuesday: no breakfast, some coffee. Panera standard for lunch: 1/2 greek salad with chicken, large bowl of broccoli cheddar soup with a piece of whole wheat baguette. Dinner was an omlette from the Cheesecake Factory- avocado, mushrooms, cheese, cream cheese, 2 slices of wheat toast with butter and a piece of low carb cheesecake with strawberries. Nom nom!
Wednesday: no breakfast, some coffee. I grabbed some chili with cheese and 2 jr. bacon cheeseburgers without buns from Wendy’s in between meetings. Dinner was from Maggiano’s- black and bleu salad.
Thursday: 1/2 whole grain bagel with cream cheese and coffee with cream and 2 shots espresso from Caribou Coffee. Standard Panera for lunch. Dinner was a great steak salad again (actually billed “low carb” on the menu- score!) 2 glasses of Pinot Grigio.
Fly home tomorrow. I’m ready for my feet to land back at home for a while!
