B: sausage, egg, cheese biscuit minus the biscuit. Coffee and diet coke. (I can’t wait until I have my unlimited supply of filtered water back. Retaining water from this caffeine and travel)
L: 1/2 greek salad with chicken and broccoli cheddar soup from Panera. Piece of a whole grain baguette
D: southwest taco salad and a large chili with cheese from Wendys. Can’t get enough chili these days, and it’s not that great since it’s higher in carbs that I should probably allow myself.
