L: salmon caesar salad
D: treated like a queen! My dear friend Elizabeth who just started a catering company, came over and prepared me 3 wonderful low carb dishes! Cajun crusted salmon, chicken/mushroom/cheddar casserole and a chorizo/spinach casserole. Seriously- taste bud explosions! Of course the items had many more ingredients than what I listed, but you get the gist. She always surprises me with her food, espcially considering she’s a vegetarian and doesn’t tasate the meats and such- always ends up way better than my food ever is.
Anyway, I had a taste of all 3, then ended up finishing off the salmon. Saving the casseroles for breakfasts/lunches— that is, if hubs doesn’t devour them all first!
