B: 1 sausage, egg, cheese biscuit, minus the biscuit. Coffee with cream.
L: 3 double cheeseburgers, no buns or ketchup
D: chef salad with ranch dressing

Consumed over a gallon of water- retaining a little bit, so hopefully my system will release it before my weigh in tomorrow morning.
