B: 2 sausage, egg, cheese biscuits minus the biscuits. Coffee with cream
L: 3 double cheeseburgers without buns, pickles or ketchup
D: sesame seared tuna steak and also a pan fried salmon fillet. I was really in a seafood mood since I went to Bonefish a couple days back and both the tuna and salmon looked good at the store, so I got both. Glad I did!

For the salmon, I just liberally applied sea salt and pepper to both sides and pan fried in a little olive oil in a super hot pan. For the tuna steak, I coated lightly in soy sauce, then coated it with sesame seeds and this rice seasoning from an Asian market. Then I put it in a super hot pan with a little olive oil, cooked about 2 minutes on each side max.

It was SO yummy and easy. Must eat it again soon!

I’m about to watch a rented movie, and I will snack on celery and Kroger’s crack-like deli made pimento cheese. Ridiculously good. Oh, and I’m having 2 beers.
