Total lost: 35 pounds!
To make up for the unfortunate weight gain last week, I had to make minor adjustments to bring me back to the higher weight loss levels. Minimal alcohol, minimal eating out (and when I did eat out, it was mainly bunless burgers- nearly zero carbs), lots of water. Worked like a charm!
