I generally float up and down 4 pounds within the week, thus why I TRY to only weigh in once, on my lowest days, Thursdays.

And that&#039;s really interesting that your weight is higher on Saturdays than Thursdays. I haven&#039;t seen such a pattern in myself...but then I just started this whole weight-loss thing.</description>
