b: coffee, 2 sausage, egg, cheese biscuits without biscuit
l: 2 hamburger patties left from last night, 2 slices pepperjack cheese, mustard, low carb ketchup
d: salad with garlic and onions, ranch dressing and Margie’s Mediterranean Chicken
I left the damn chicken (at least 4 meals) on the counter in tupperware overnight so had to trash all of it. Grr.
