B: 6 slices reduced sodium bacon, coffee
L: got some Jay Robb protein powder from the grocery and mixed 1 scoop with 6oz water. Not bad.
D: Ribeye steak and a big salad (romaine, 2 cloves garlic, little onion, ranch dressing- I can smell my own breath!)
Xtra: LC ice cream bar. Don’t feel bad about it because I had less than 10 net carbs in the rest of my meals today.
