L: 3 double cheeseburgers, no buns, no ketchup. Coffee. 3 sugar free Russell-Stover raspberry chocolates
D: Pot roast- yummo. This time used 1 Mich Ultra, LOTS of minced garlic, 1 chunky chopped onion, seasoned salt, lotsa pepper and threw in some okra I got from the farmers market. Best flavored pot roast I’ve had in a long time.
Not quite feeling myself today. Can’t put my finger on what’s wrong, but something is definitely off. Hope tomorrow is better.
