Congrats on passing the 30-lb-loss milestone … you look fantastic! I enjoyed this vlog for several reasons: You are addressing an issue that I deal with, you are extremely engaging in your presentation, and you are incorporating yet another online tool to help you reach your goals … you’re setting a good example for all of us who are novice bloggers.

Nice vlog post, you don’t suck at vlogging at all. I suck at vlogging mainly because I’ve never vlogged but also because I tend to mumble on camera (and off).

Thank you for addressing such a universal topic. It is so true that we all have hang-ups (whether it be weight, or something else) that make us worry that others are judging us. For example, I have a hard time smiling at people when I first meet them, because I am ashamed of my teeth, which need to be fixed. You make an excellent point that we need to give others the benefit of the doubt and not just assume that they are judging us. Great first Vlog! Keep up the good work–you are inspiring me in my own attempt to blog.
