B: 1 egg, 1 sausage, coffee
L: Culvers chicken cashew salad with ranch dressing, diet mt. dew (had a lot of stuff to get through today- leaned on diet soda to help me. Doesn’t happen often)
D: leftover pot roast and some fresh coleslaw that my friends and I made last night at our cooking party. No real recipe- just a head of cabbage shredded, 1 green pepper diced, 1 carrot shredded. Mix and add 1 tbsp. salt and let sit for an hour. In the meantime, prepare “brine” which is 1 c vinegar 2, c. granulated Splenda (we used a little less and am glad we did), mustard powder and celery seed- bring to a boil. Mix it all up and let refridgerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
