I just found your blog today and I have laughed so hard because I understand everything that you are talking about. I do have a question about your eats though. I have seen very little fruit …is this due to the natural sugar? Just wondering…trying to get a hang of everything that you are doing!

Hey Brandy! For me personally, I have to keep all sugars very low, including natural fruit sugars. I do occasionally enjoy the lower sugar fruits though, such as strawberries and raspberries, just in limited quantities and only if I get a bad sugar craving. As the weight comes off, I’ll be able to gradually increase my fruit.
