As I mentioned in my vacation post, I wasn’t “on plan” during the trip to DC. I will weigh in Thursday as I usually do and hope that the major amount of exercise I did during the trip will offset most of the food weight gain.

B/L: Chef salad with ranch dressing. Piece of sugar free apple pie.
D: 2 grilled chicken breasts and 2 string cheeses
