This is the first of many posts on the subject of “Why I need to become Skinny Emmie.”
Anyone who has seen Tommy Boy will hopefully understand what I’m talking about if I mention “Fat Guy in a Little Coat.” In case you need a refresher:

I am currently a fat girl in a little car. Just like a fat guy doesn’t look right in a little coat, neither does a fat girl in a little car. It’s seriously wrong. It’s like putting a bull in a chicken coup- it just doesn’t belong there! Don’t get me wrong, I love my car. It’s a hybrid and it regularly gets 40mpg city. It has XM radio and it’s cute (y’all know I like pretty things). But me + little car = FAIL. So, when I become Skinny Emmie, I will once again be able to enjoy my little car. For now, I just hope I don’t get into an accident becuase my seat belt is very snug, the air bag would definitley cause damage, and my steering wheel would be permanently stuck inside my stomach.
