L: Culver’s chicken cashew salad with ranch (pic on side)
D: grilled eggplant, asparagus, green beans, salad, pork chop, slice of mozzerella and tomatoes. Yum.

Also had 2 glasses of white wine. Sue me.

Beka- wine=slower weight loss for me generally. But it tasted great :)
